Free 30-Day Returns

We want you to love your SoundBlanket. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns within the continental United States, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Normal trial use is expected. To receive a full refund, the product must be returned with all components and without damage beyond reasonable use during the trial period.

Return condition and damage deductions

If the product has stains, tears, odors, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, missing components, damage caused by misuse, or damage resulting from inadequate return packaging, we may deduct the reasonable documented cost of cleaning, repair, replacement parts, or loss in value from your refund.

Before making any deduction, we will provide photographs and an itemized explanation. You will not be charged for a verified manufacturing defect or carrier damage when the product was properly packaged and returned using our prepaid label.

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@soundblanket.shop within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.
  2. We will respond with a return authorization, instructions, and a prepaid return label.
  3. Repack the product in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging, attach the provided label, and take it to the designated carrier.

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Additional details

  • Blankets, pillows, amplifiers, replacement duvet covers, and replacement comforter inserts are eligible for a full refund when returned complete and without damage beyond normal trial use.
  • Removable covers may be washed according to their model-specific care instructions during the trial. Keep all electronics dry.
  • Any original expedited or international shipping charge is non-refundable.
  • Orders purchased with a discount are refunded for the amount actually paid.
